Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Gallatin, TN
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 18:45-07:15
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. The candidate may float to Med Surg units and must be agreeable to floating to other units as needed. This role focuses on providing quality healthcare and rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, including geriatric and adult patients. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and contribute to patient safety and care quality.
Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Support patients with activities of daily living.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during their rehabilitation process.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Experience in Rehabilitation and Med-Surg preferred.
