Pharmacist-Ambulatory Pharmacy

Healthpoint (Texas)

HealthPoint Texas is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge for a Texas Class D clinic pharmacy. You will supervise pharmacy staff, oversee formulary governance with the P&T Committee, and ensure compliance with Texas Pharmacy Act and TSBP rules.

The role requires a Texas Pharmacist license, PIC eligibility, and a written PIC agreement. Responsibilities include procurement, stocking, and quality control within a clinic setting.
