Full Time Server/Runner

Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift
Assist servers with table maintenance
Make sure server stations remains stocked accordingly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to present food professionally/check orders for accuracy
Deliver food to the proper table in a timely fashion and take additional orders when necessary
Perform any task necessary to provide high quality customer experience, including explaining menu items to customers
Support both servers and kitchen staff
At least 1 year of busser and restaurant experience in a fast pace fine dining restaurant while delivering exceptionally friendly hospitality
Must be able to expedite orders, attend to customers' needs and possess a strong desire to fulfill the desires of the customers at all times
Ability to engage in casual conversation with customers without sounding too personal
Ability to shift gears quickly and multitask
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant with expo and food runner knowledge
High school diploma

We take walk-in interviews Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 11:30am until 4pm.
