HR Coordinator

We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.

This role serves the HR community on process, policy, data, and other requests. Providing policy and practice guidance to Employees, Managers, and HR through a case management and phone system

HR system support and consultation including data entry, troubleshooting, data integrity, mass data uploads

Supporting the Payroll process

Supporting key HR processes such as onboarding and off-boarding, employment verification, position management

Qualifications: Customer service experience 3 or more years of general HR experience. Must be comfortable working with HR applications. Must be comfortable with Excel and the entire MS Office suite Ability to recognize situations requiring escalation. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a high volume environment without sacrificing quality. Strong customer service focus. Education: Bachelors preferred
