TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Boone, North Carolina, 28607!

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Float Pool)
Contract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | Onsite
Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) float pool setting with a patient ratio of up to 5:1, with a goal of 4:1
Float within skillset to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
Monitor and care for telemetry patients, including occasional pediatric patients as census requires
Work required weekends (2 per month) and holidays as needed
Document and manage patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
Active North Carolina RN license or valid Multistate (Compact) RN license required
Minimum 2 years of IMC, Telemetry, or PCU experience required
Minimum 2 years of travel nursing experience required
Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
Candidates must reside more than 40 miles from the facility; Comfort and experience caring for pediatric patients in an acute care setting
Experience working in a float pool or high-census, flexible staffing environment
