Responsibilities:
The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans. This role works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery, ensure safety, and promote positive clinical outcomes. The RN also serves as an educator and resource for patients, families, and team members. Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge needs, and ongoing care requirements
Provide clinical leadership by supervising support staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and responding effectively in emergency situations
Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Nursing
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
New graduates and experienced Nurses with Mental Health Experience Encouraged to Apply
