Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for the Beckley, WV location to support our client in a healthcare setting. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Coverage Area - Raleigh, Wyoming, and Summers Counties in West Virginia Full-Time Contract | 40 Hours/Week Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mileage Reimbursement Between Patient Visits Home Health Setting

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and initiate Plans of Care (POC) and OASIS assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.

Deliver skilled physical therapy services in the home health setting.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state regulations.

Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to agency and regulatory standards.

Active Physical Therapist License

Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice

Ability to travel throughout assigned coverage areas

Home Health Experience

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Experience

Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload
