Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele Travel Assignment in Trenton, New Jersey Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an 8-week travel nursing assignment in Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele) in Trenton, New Jersey . On-site hospital setting
At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
Recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing strongly preferred
Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
Ability to monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
Monitor telemetry patients and promptly communicate changes in condition to the care team
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document care thoroughly
Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused care environment
