Head of Marketing Management

Soltesz is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across the firm. This role is a key partner to leadership—driving proposal strategy, strengthening our brand, and supporting business development initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Partner with technical teams to create compelling, client-focused marketing materials

Manage SF330s, government forms, and pursuit tracking

Oversee and enhance brand standards, marketing collateral, and visual identity

Maintain and grow website and social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)

Track leads, opportunities, and marketing performance

Keep resumes, project data, and marketing materials current and tailored

5+ years of marketing experience in professional services ( A/E/C preferred )

Proposal management experience ( SF330 knowledge a plus )

Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required)

Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM a plus

Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight
