Description

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient contexts and craft personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs

Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with established facility and regulatory standards

Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an acceptable equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred

Significant experience is highly preferred
