Urology Clinic
Shift: Daytime hours, Monday - Friday (staff rotate)
Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700, 0900-1730)
Ability to set up a sterile field and assist in procedures
- The Urology Clinic serves a diverse patient population with common diagnoses including BPH, hematuria, UTI, LUTS, frequency, cystoscopy, and prostate biopsy.
Daily patient ratios range from 33 to 40 patients with 2 nurses, 1 CST, and 1 CNA.
No weekend or holiday requirements, as the clinic is closed during specific holidays.
Daytime shifts will vary among staff, ensuring a flexible schedule.
Registered Nurses may have the potential to float to other departments within specialty clinics, though the job duties and functions would remain the same.
Charts and documentation will be processed through the EPIC system.
The position requires strong skills in patient care and procedural assistance within a urology setting.
