Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for leading vehicle, platform, or major system programs from concept through launch and production. This role owns overall program timing, cost, quality, and manufacturing readiness while coordinating cross-functional internal teams and managing Tier 1 supplier performance to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program execution for a vehicle, platform, or major subsystem from concept through production

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Regulatory functions

Lead program reviews, gate reviews, and executive-level updates

Serve as the primary interface between the OEM and Tier 1 suppliers, managing timing, deliverables, and performance

Identify program risks and lead mitigation and recovery plans

Manage change control and assess impact to cost, tooling, suppliers, and launch timing

Oversee launch quality, early production issues, and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Support warranty risk mitigation and production stabilization

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field

7+ years of experience in automotive program management, engineering, manufacturing, or launch roles

Strong understanding of vehicle development, manufacturing processes, and supplier management

Proven ability to manage complex timelines and lead cross-functional teams
