Human Resources Generalist
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, workforce administration, and organizational initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can effectively balance compliance requirements with employee support.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource for employees and management while helping maintain effective HR processes, regulatory compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Human Resources Administration

Coordinate and support day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Assist with audits, policy administration, and regulatory documentation requirements.
Support workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related employment matters.
Monitor HR practices and identify opportunities to reduce compliance risk.
Employee Relations & Workforce Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and HR guidance.
Partner with supervisors and managers to address workplace issues and performance concerns.
Provide resources and referrals for employees facing personal or workplace challenges.
Recruitment & Talent Support

Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring activities.
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain applicant records and recruiting data.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Assist with company events, team-building initiatives, and employee programs.
Contribute to projects designed to strengthen workplace culture and improve employee experience.
HR Systems & Process Improvement

Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure employee information remains accurate and current.
Support payroll-related processes and administrative projects as needed.
Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations practices, and HR compliance requirements.
