Clinical Physician Executive - Hematology/Oncology Opening: Full-time, permanent

Seeking an exceptional, collaborative physician leader to join their program as the Coastal Market Leader for Oncology/Hematology in Wilmington, NC and the surrounding region.

The program is designed to promote disease sub-specialization, team based multi-disciplinary care and access to clinical trials.

This role will involve administrative (.Lead a group of 30+ providers at 7 clinic locations and collaborates with the market leadership and administration of 3 hospitals in the region.

Partnered with an administrative dyad, will be responsible for the quality, safety, patient experience, financial growth and strategy objectives of the market. Requirements The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician leader and continued formal development as a leader is encouraged while in this role. Includes outpatient surgery centers, medical plazas, rehab programs, diagnostic imaging centers, and community health outreach initiatives.
