Call Center-Communications Advocate

First Credit Union

First Credit Union in Chandler, AZ is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center/Member Service Representative to assist members in person, online and by phone.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account openings and cross-sell services while maintaining accurate records and complying with policies. Strong communication and cash-handling skills are essential, with bilingual Spanish a plus.
