Role: Provides direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing practice, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Support specialty education and competency validation during clinical orientation.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, BLS certification, and 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Preferred: BSN and CNOR certification.
