Your Role
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes.
Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.
Job Requirements
Must be 18+.
1 year of caregiving experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Fully vaccinated or exemption.
Current TB test or clear X-ray.
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification.
Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
Shopping, errands, companionship.
Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
Benefits
$100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.
Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr).
Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts.
Flexible schedules.
Schedule
Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available.
