Occupational Therapist - Home and Clinic Based

Everything On The Spectrum LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Huntsville, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and beyond. Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for clients across the spectrum

Provide direct OT intervention in clinic, home, or community-based settings

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including BCBAs, SLPs, and other therapists

Educate and train families and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programming

Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Experience working with pediatric populations, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or neurodivergent individuals preferred

Knowledge of sensory integration, NDT, or other evidence-based OT frameworks
