This is an Hourly and Non-Exempt position.

As an Outbacker, you’ll help to provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant, that makes each guest’s day better.

Responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service, guided by each guest’s preferences and cues.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of our food and drink menu and confidently recommends, upsells, and supports guests’ order selections.

Prepares food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.

Busses tables, delivers food and beverages, and ensures every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Strong commitment to high standards in food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation.

Handles cash and credit transactions accurately.

Supports all areas of the restaurant as needed, reflecting the teamwork expected of every Outbacker.

Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Visual ability to include distance, closeness, color, depth and peripheral. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
