DEFENSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL - (REMOTE WORK)

High-Impact Work: Go toe-to-toe with the country's largest defense firms on high-stakes, headline-making securities cases.

Represent major institutional investors ranging from regional funds to the largest public pension funds in the United States.

Enjoy a structured hybrid schedule (3 days in-office: Competitive Pay & Perks: Base salary of $90K–$120K (commensurate with experience) plus a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off (11–12 legal holidays), 401(k), FSA, and premium medical coverage.

Litigation Support: Assist attorneys through all phases of securities litigation, including rigorous cite checking, fact checking, and proofreading legal documents.

Factual & Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research to construct and solidify the factual foundations of complex cases.

Discovery & e-Discovery Management: Oversee document reviews and manage e-discovery platforms (e.g., Assist with key administrative/marketing initiatives, including completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for government entities.

Bachelor's degree required (four-year degree; paralegal certificates alone without a Bachelor's will not be considered).

Experience: 2 to 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within securities, antitrust, or complex commercial class actions.

Core Skills: Exceptional writing, meticulous proofreading, and sharp organizational skills.

Schedule: Ability to work in-office 3 days a week (Tuesday–Thursday). Fully remote work is not available.
