What You'll Do: Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)

Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution

Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance

Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution

Provide customer service for internal and external customers

Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections

What You'll Bring: 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience

Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
