Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Accurately pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the JX Truck Center network.

Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in full.

Receive, unpack, check-in, count, verify all incoming freight verifying the correct location.

Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping.

Daily utilization of sit-down fork trucks along with pallet jacks.

Engage in ongoing training and complete all annual training requirements.

Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing.

Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment a plus
