Position: Cardiac Short Stay Cardiac Short Stay department that primarily takes care of patients pre and post CVL procedures. It is open 24 hours a day to accommodate that throughput.

Shift: 3x12 DAYS (0600-1830) Call Requirements: NONE Weekend Requirements: every other weekend Floating Requirements: as needed Holiday Requirements: must work 2/3 holidays Guaranteed Hours: 36

Years of experience REQ: 1YR First-timers accepted: YES Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Locals accepted: No, Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. Pending License accepted: Yes, must apply for MI License within 24 hours of offer

Patient Diagnoses: Chest pain, STEMI's, NONSTEMI's, CHF Pre and Post Cardicac cath lab procedures

Special Equipment: venous sheath pulls cardiac drips such as Nitroglycerin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Lasix, etc.
