$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers, Paid in Installments Over 12 Months

• General Summary As a Caregiver (CNA), you will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. This role works under the indirect supervision of a Nurse or Supervisor and follows established care plans, procedures, and guidelines.

Caregiver Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.
Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
Ability to maintain focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the shift.
Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).
