Vineyard Post Acute is Hiring - PM Shift LVN!
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm (4-2 rotation)

Pay: $41-$45 per hour (DOE)

Consistent AM schedule with 4-2 rotation

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans
Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment
✅ Current California LVN license
Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
