Human Resources - Recruiter Recruiter

In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding qualified drivers who are the foundation of our transportation operation. You'll build relationships with candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and help create a positive recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, identify, and attract qualified driver candidates through multiple recruiting channels.

Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.

Promote career opportunities through job fairs, networking events, community outreach, and referral programs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process.

Communicate regularly with candidates regarding hiring status and next steps.

Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and community partners.

Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired drivers.

Assist with new hire orientation and documentation requirements.

Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure a smooth transition into active service.

Follow up with new hires to promote long-term success and satisfaction.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information.

Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and staffing needs.

Collaborate with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.

Help attract and hire the talented drivers that keep our operation moving.

Build meaningful relationships with candidates and community partners.
