• 2 clinic days per week -- up to 30 patients per day
• 3 OR days per week
• 24-hour call 7 days a week -- night call from hotel with 30-min response
• Up to 3 night calls; majority handled by phone
• In-person night coverage needed 1 - 2x per week for consults/procedures
• Typical endovascular and open procedures, trauma case mix
• Full coverage -- clinic, rounding, OR, and call
