TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in La Plata, Maryland, 20646!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled
Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients across a broad range of age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Monitor and interpret fetal and maternal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Float within the Labor and Delivery specialty and to Mother/Baby unit as needed
Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend and holiday coverage as assigned
Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license – required at time of submission
Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience with a strong clinical skillset; NCC C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification – required at time of submission
STABLE and CPI certifications required (CPI online version must be through Calm Every Storm platform)
2 or more years of Labor and Delivery RN experience

• Comfort with floating within scope and across related units without restrictions
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; First-time travelers are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity to launch a travel nursing career in a specialized Labor and Delivery setting
