Bistro Server Flexible Shift

Server Position
Job Summary: The server is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to guests dining in the restaurant. 15.50 to $16.30 per hour plus tips

  • Flexible schedule
  • Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guest service expectations.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Take orders, serve dining guests, and process payment.
Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
About The Brigantine Family of Restaurants: The Brigantine, Inc. has over 20 restaurants in 6 concepts throughout San Diego County: The Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar, Miguel's Cocina, Ketch Brewing, Ketch Grill and Taps, Topsail, and Portside Coffee & Gelato. We pride ourselves on a culture built on our team approach & guest-centered focus, encourage open communication, and thrive on the level of partnership this affords in each of our successful restaurants. Minimum 6-months serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Food handler certification.
