Full Time EMT/PARAMEDIC

Stratford Medial Group is looking for a full time Paramedic to join our team of professionals!

The Paramedic in a Men’s Sexual Health Clinic provides advanced medial support and patient care services in a specialized clinical setting. This role involves assisting physicians with medical procedures and administering treatments and medications. The Paramedic will also play a key role in patient monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Conduct initial assessments, including taking vital signs and physicals and reviewing patients’ medical history.
Assist with or perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and blood pressure intakes.
Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a physician.
Ensure that clinic equipment and supplies are maintained and sanitized according to procedures and protocols. Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and patient concerns in the patient chart.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and professional attention.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure patient confidentiality and clinic compliance with industry standards.
Completion of an accredited paramedic training program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when discussing sensitive health issues.
Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new medical treatments.
Computer literate with data entry skills.
