If you are looking for a stable, growing company where you can continue expanding your electrical/automation skill set and advance your career, this is the opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on PLCs, VFDs, motors, control systems, and electrical distribution panels.Diagnose and service 480V three-phase electrical power systems, breakers, feeders, and machine control circuits.Troubleshoot electro-pneumatic and hydraulic systems integrated with automated production machinery.Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unscheduled downtime.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.Support new equipment installations, electrical retrofits, and facility infrastructure upgrades.Qualifications3+ years of experience as an industrial/manufacturing electrician in an automated production environment.Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting 480V power, motor controls, VFDs, and PLC systems.Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and single-line diagrams.Proven problem-solving skills with a commitment to plant safety and operational uptime.Top-Tier Pay & Incentives: $35–$40/hour base rate plus additional quarterly bonus potential.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.Career Growth: Strong culture of internal promotion, technical development, and cross-training.
