Client Relations Specialist
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour + $2,000 Annual Bonus Potential
Support Clients. Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to work with clients, patients, and caregivers to monitor program participants' ability to manage their care and provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure client services are authorized and communicated to clients and caregivers
Assist with time reporting issues and operational support
Notify leadership and payor sources of concerns, including fraud or misuse
Complete quarterly customer service calls and attend service planning meetings
Support Field Support Team with onboarding and compliance tracking
High school diploma or equivalent required; Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
Vietnamese language proficiency required
English language proficiency required
