Leo Martin Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our thriving service department. With a large, loyal customer base and a service drive full of daily appointments, you’ll step into a fast-paced, fully staffed environment where you can truly focus on delivering top-tier customer service—without the hassle of chasing work.
A fully staffed service department with multiple Class A technicians and strong support staff to help you focus on your customers!
A Monday–Friday work schedule – enjoy your weekends!
Weekly Pay $$$
A large and loyal customer base generating consistent daily appointments
State-of-the-art facility and resources to help you succeed
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust from the first interaction
Clearly communicate vehicle service needs based on technician recommendations and inspection reports
Manage repair orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process
Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Upsell appropriate maintenance and service packages to enhance customer safety and satisfaction
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and support a positive dealership reputation
Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred (Chevrolet/GM experience a plus)
