Advanced Practice Nurse - Full-Time Days (Ambulatory Care)

As a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to Dot Foods employees and their dependents, powered by Premise Health, in our Health Center located in Mt. Build a rewarding career with a consistent Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule, leaving Wednesdays and weekends free!

Make a meaningful impact with personalized patient care! See an average of 12–14 patients per day, providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, women's health, and occupational health services.

Expand your expertise in women's health and occupational medicine, with training opportunities available for providers eager to learn. Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines

Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management

Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care

Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development

Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care

Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies

Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed

Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records

Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices

Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice

Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice

State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)

Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)

Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services

At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
