As a Facilities Technician you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operation of facility systems and infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position provides hands-on experience in building maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvement projects while working alongside experienced maintenance professionals.

Assist with routine maintenance of facility systems, plumbing, compressed air, scrap processing, and building infrastructure.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.

Support troubleshooting and basic repairs of facility equipment and systems.

Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are organized and maintained.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and facility enhancement projects.

Respond to facility maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Must be self-motivated, safety and quality conscious, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Able to work overtime regularly and with minimal notice to meet business needs.
