What You'll Do

You're not just selling motorcycles; you're creating unforgettable experiences.

Welcome every customer like they're already part of the family

Guide riders through the journey of finding their perfect bike, new or pre-owned

Demonstrate features, performance, and customization options with confidence

Build excitement around accessories, upgrades, and personalization

Turn every delivery into a memorable, share-worthy moment

Follow up, build relationships, and earn repeat and referral business

Stay sharp on product knowledge, promotions, and riding culture

Execute paperwork and processes accurately and efficiently

Consistently meet, and push beyond, sales goals

What You Bring

Sales and/or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work a fast-paced, high-energy showroom environment

Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout the showroom for extended periods

Capability to balance and maneuver motorcycles (600+ lbs)

Occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and reaching
