Join FCB Wireless as a SafeLink Wireless Sales Manager and lead a team dedicated to providing free wireless phones to those who need them! What You’ll Do: As a SafeLink Wireless Sales Manager, you’ll manage a team of sales associates who engage eligible customers and provide them with free SafeLink wireless phones. This isn’t about selling products—it’s about offering an invaluable service to the community. Your role will be to motivate, train, and guide your team to build relationships, “sell” with personality, and maximize their outreach.

Compensation: $30 per hour based on your performance.

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible for a sign‑on bonus upon successful completion of a two‑week training period. Details of the bonus will be provided upon commencement of your training.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of door-to-door associates as they connect with eligible customers in the community.

Coach your team on customer engagement, ensuring they represent SafeLink and FCB Wireless professionally and enthusiastically.

Conduct training sessions to keep your team informed on SafeLink’s services, eligibility criteria, and best practices.

Set and achieve weekly team targets, with bonuses available for reaching performance goals.

Track and report on team results and activities, providing insights to management.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing sales or outreach teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.

Prior experience in door-to-door or field sales is a plus.

Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.

Familiarity with SafeLink Wireless or similar programs is beneficial.
