Job Title: Travel RN Rehab (693) 6:00AM-6:00PM / 13 Weeks

Location: Rochester, NH

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2026.88 - 2128.22

Schedule: 06:00 - 18:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit within a hospital setting.

Administer medications and IV therapies, including mechanical lifts, Baxter pumps, and Kangaroo pumps.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Monitor patient progress and document in the Meditech EMR system.

Support patients with wound care, stroke, or TBI needs as required.
