Client Service Representative — Merrimac Valley Animal Hospital

Since 1968, Merrimac Valley Animal Hospital has been a trusted name for pets and the people who love them. We’re a progressive, 3-doctor practice that takes medicine seriously but never forgets that laughter, teamwork, and compassion are just as important. Our clients know us for delivering high-quality care, and our team knows us as a place where camaraderie and respect aren’t buzzwords—they’re the daily standard. Our Client Service Representatives are the first hello and the last goodbye—aka the heart of the front desk. As a CSR, you’ll juggle phones, emails, and scheduling with a smile, making sure every client (and their furry sidekick) feels welcomed and cared for. 1–2 years in a veterinary or medical setting preferred (but we’ll happily train the right fit)

• Organized, adaptable, and steady under pressure (bonus points if you can do all that while offering belly rubs)
• A team player who brings positivity, patience, and professionalism to every shift
