WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Warehouse AssistantSirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant for a short-term contract opportunity in El Dorado, Arkansas. This position will support daily warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing stock counts, and ensuring materials are organized and readily available to support site operations.Position DetailsLocation: El Dorado, ARSchedule: 40 hours per weekAnticipated Start Date: August 31, 2026Assignment Length: Approximately 9–10 weeksResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and document incoming shipmentsIssue materials and accurately update inventory recordsPerform stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory transfersResearch and reconcile inventory discrepanciesMaintain organized storage areas and accurate labeling systemsTrack inventory using CMS and other inventory management systemsUtilize SAP, Concur, and Maximo as requiredOperate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forkliftsProvide excellent customer service to internal teams and site personnelCommunicate effectively and professionally while resolving inventory or material-related concernsFollow all site safety procedures and requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, stockroom, or related operationsMaterial Handler experience is a plusPrevious experience with inventory tracking and stock countsExperience with SAP, Concur, Maximo, and/or CMS preferredForklift operating experience preferred; current certification is not requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentEqual Employment Opportunity Sirius Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
