An exciting opportunity is available for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Monticello, Minnesota . Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in a timely manner.
Effective Communication : Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Staff Education : Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff.
Clinic Operations : Assist with the general operations of the therapy department, maintaining high standards of care and efficiency.
Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
