12 weeks, Day & Night shifts available. Start ASAP. Primary Shift: 12 nights. Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36. Housing provided.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under supervision, ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor vitals, document changes, and report concerns promptly.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Assist with activities of daily living as needed and with mobility.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care activities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans and adjust as directed.
Demonstrate accountability for personal performance and outcomes within a target-driven environment.
Assist with procedural tasks and prepare/clean treatment areas as required.
Engage in professional development activities to improve clinical skills.
Communicate clearly with patients and families to set expectations and obtain consent.
Support quality improvement initiatives by reporting variances and suggesting improvements.
Utilize patient care pipelines to track progress and forecast needs within territory.

Experience/Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
Provide direct patient care under supervision per facility protocols.
Monitor and document vitals; report changes promptly.

Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility assistance.
Maintain accurate patient status and care activity documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement and adjust care plans.

Assist with procedural tasks and prepare/clean treatment areas.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.
Communicate clearly with patients and families to set expectations and obtain consent.

Utilize patient care pipelines to track progress and forecast needs within territory.
