Landscape Crew Member

About the Job: Site Location: Crew members check in at our yard located off Mission Gorge Rd Hours: 6:00AM-2:30PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Must have at minimum 6 months of landscape experience

The Crew Member is an entry-level position and will perform various tasks involving physical labor. Reports to the assigned crew leader before working each day for direction

Other duties not mentioned or may be assigned by the crew leader.

Create and refurbish outdoor spaces

Dig trenches and install drainage

Clean and prepare sites by removing debris and trash

Load and unload materials

Operate large powered machinery and equipment

Other duties assigned per supervisor and crew leader

6 months + of landscape experience, preferably in commercial properties.

• Understanding common plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as their basic care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crew members.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate equipment for extended periods.

Weekly Pay

Holidays (6) + California Sick Days (5)
