You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. You are a key partner and a reliable resource, helping ensure HR programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on the team member experience.Through onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training, as well as day-to-day HR services, you provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change. You interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and may engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution.
