Spa Esthetician - Full-Time an

CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. Woodlands Medical Aesthetics, one of our valued partners, is looking for an Aesthetician to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Woodlands, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position (4 days/week). Provide high-quality skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized experience for every patient.
Hands-on experience with a wide range of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, and advanced treatments, such as lasers and micro-needling.
Advise clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens based on their specific skin concerns and goals.
Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge to promote and sell both spa services and retail skincare products effectively.
Ensure compliance with all esthetic protocols, including proper chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment to uphold clinic safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aesthetics field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment is preferred.
