Full-time Immigration Paralegal
$27 - $35 per hourLaw office of Thomas V. Allen
We are a fastest growing immigration law firm with office in North Brunswick, New Jersey. We offer a collegial, team-oriented environment, and our paralegals learn from the industry's leading experts. Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B, H-4, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485 and other employment-based applications/petitions.
Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc. Create, edit, print and distribute materials.
General administrative duties as needed
Routine case monitoring
2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law.
Extensive reporting, file and document management experience strongly preferred.
Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills Achieve high level of productivity.
Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Excel
