Part-Time/Full-Time Dental Hygienist - Flexible Hours!

Job Description Overview Compensation: Pay ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Sign-on or Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles.

Hygienists who have completed one year of service may receive reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 annually.

Company-sponsored certification training: Includes CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide certifications, etc. The organization will reimburse eligible employees for training/testing expenses necessary to obtain or renew certifications.

Our Hygienists play a crucial role in providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, while also supporting office operations.

Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.

Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist.

Ensure excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.

Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.

Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.

Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.

Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary.

Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
