A server at Zinnia delivers exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, efficient service, guiding guests through the menu, and ensuring accurate order execution and payment processing.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner; Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
2+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and comfort managing multiple tables
- Employee assistance program (EAP)

- Free employee shift meal
- Part-time employees who work at least 1,000 hours a year are eligible for 401k matching after the first year
