Head of Client Support Services

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic person to fill a Route Service Manager role for our client in Columbia, SC. As a Route Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products and providing exceptional customer service across a dedicated territory. In this role, you will collaborate directly with dealers to optimize rack inventory, maintain product quality standards, and build solid relationships that support long-term dealer retention. Pay: $22/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift Essential Criteria
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), current DOT medical card, and a clean driving record.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in route delivery and customer service.
Tech Skills: Working knowledge of electronic inventory tools (tablets, handheld scanners).

shift: Route Operations & Delivery: Safely and punctually deliver products, load/unload delivery vehicles, and maintain accurate inventory accounts.
Account & Inventory Management: Manage dealer accounts including sales, consignments, warranty processing, product rotations, invoicing, and cash collection.
Build solid partnerships, ensure displays remain clean and full, and execute product rotation according to consignment agreements.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, safety rules, and driver program requirements.
