LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
HYBRID (4 days/week in-office)
Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a talented junior to mid-level Associate Attorney to join their premier Labor & Employment Group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex labor and employment (L&E) litigation and handle sophisticated transactional employment work.
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
6-8 years of substantive employment litigation experience
Experience in defending wage and hour claims and class/collective actions
Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents , handling discovery , depositions , motions , pleadings , and trial preparation
Strong legal writing and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work efficiently within a team‑focused, high‑performance environment
Large law firm experience preferred
Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings , motions , briefs , and other litigation-related documents
Defend wage and hour claims, including class and collective actions
